Landlord/Tenant Law is our concentration at Greenberger & Brewer. We represent property owners and property managers in all facets of Landlord/Tenant Law. Greenberger & Brewer represents both residential and commercial landlords, as well as self storage facility owners and operators.

Greenberger & Brewer is qualified to handle any legal matter involving Landlord/Tenant law including fair housing matters, reasonable accommodation requests, lease review and drafting, security deposit litigation, rent escrow litigation, and litigation of property claims not handled by insurance, among other matters.
